Many of my patients, who take good care of their bodies (good food, yoga, exercise regularly) feel guilty when talking about cosmetic procedures like Botox. A lot of women /men feel its better to age gracefully without resorting a help from a Doctor.
But what really does it mean to age gracefully. If the implication is that we should let nature take its course, i.e. we should do nothing, stop dyeing our hair, brushing our teeth, wearing perfume etc. Isn’t shaving your leg against nature? I don’t think so!!

Like any medical procedure these have to be performed in a clinic settings .remember its not the procedure that makes some people look strange and others look ageless, it depends on the doctors skill doing the procedure .(no one blames a scissors for a bad haircut ).its all in the technique. So it’s very important to choose the right doctor for the right treatment. Real experience and expertise doesn’t come cheap, when it comes to your health, bargain hunting could end up hurting you.
